The Life Policy Desk

Terms of Use

Effective Date: September 23, 2026Last Updated: September 23, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use apply to thelifepolicydesk.com (the “Site”). Using the Site, or calling a number shown on it, means you accept these Terms. Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or call us.

2. Who We Are

The Life Policy Desk is a brand operated by One Life Enrollment LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”), an independent insurance agency. We are not an insurance company. We are not the customer service or policy service department of any insurer. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government agency or program.

3. Our Services

We offer our services by phone only. Our licensed agents can review life insurance you already have, help you compare new final expense (burial), whole life or term coverage from several insurance companies, and help you apply. Our help is free, and you are under no obligation to buy. The Site is for general information only, and you cannot buy insurance on it.

4. Existing Policies

We have no access to insurance companies’ records and cannot change any existing policy, even one we reviewed with you. For premium payments, claims, beneficiary changes or cancellations, please contact your current insurance carrier directly. The carrier’s phone number is on your policy or your bill.

5. No Coverage Until a Policy Is Issued

Nothing on the Site is an insurance offer or quote. Eligibility and price depend on your age, health, state and the insurance company’s underwriting, and only that company decides whether to insure you.

Calling us or applying does not create coverage. No coverage exists until a policy is issued, and the policy’s terms control. Some final expense policies have a waiting period before paying the full benefit.

6. Accurate Information

You agree to give truthful and complete answers to our agents and on any application. False or incomplete answers can allow the insurance company to contest the coverage or deny a claim, even after a policy is issued. The person to be insured must take part in any application and consent to it.

7. Calls and Communications

Calls with us may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance, training and compliance. Where the law requires, a recording notice plays at the start of the call. If you continue the call after that notice, you consent to the recording. We may call you back about your inquiry, and you may ask us at any time to stop contacting you.

8. Compensation

You pay us no fee for our help, though your phone company’s usual rates may apply to the call. If an insurance company issues you a policy, it pays a commission to the licensed agent who helped you, and we may also receive compensation. You may ask your agent how they are paid.

9. Licensing and Verification

Our agents are individually licensed and sell insurance only in states where they hold a license. Our services are not available in every state, and no insurance is offered where that would be unlawful.

You may ask any agent for their name and license number or National Producer Number (NPN), then verify it with your state department of insurance.

10. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not make false calls or false ad clicks, use bots on or disrupt the Site, or abuse our staff. We own or license the Site’s content, name and logo, and you may not copy them without our permission. Other companies’ names appear only to identify them. Links to outside websites are not endorsements.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that result from using the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under an insurance policy or state insurance law, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. Some states restrict these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can work in good faith to resolve it informally. Florida law governs these Terms. Any dispute we cannot resolve will be decided in the state or federal courts of Florida.

13. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Using the Site or calling us after an update means you accept the updated Terms. Please direct any questions to:
